ICE BLOCK LIMITED processes its products in a 3500 sq. ft. plant located in a part of the community known as Topsail.
This Plant was the second such facility in North America to receive international accreditation for its high standard of food safety. ICE BLOCK LIMITED has always treated packaged ice as food.
The plant receives its water supply from Bay Bulls Big Pond through the town's facilities. The water is then put through a filtration, sterilization and distillation process to ensure its excellent quality. Nothing but the highest standard in stainless steel equipment is used. The products are even moved using plastic pallets to avoid any wood contamination.
